Founder Jonathan Arklay brings 42 years of engineering, systems and process experience. Codance's thesis grew from the practical engineering requirement that consequential work must remain observable, attributable, bounded and reviewable even when probabilistic intelligence participates.

Human authority remains explicit
Automation can propose and execute within bounded authority; it does not acquire legitimate judgement by being technically capable.
Why a specialist company
